Digital Products (Source Codes, Templates, Ebooks, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and maintain the quality and value of our products.

However, if you experience any technical issues with your purchase or the product does not function as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Services (Custom Development, Design, Consultation, etc.)

For services provided by Design Dot Store, we offer a satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Consultation Services: Once a consultation service has been provided, it is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the service, we encourage you to reach out to us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
  • Custom Development and Design Services: If you are not satisfied with the initial draft or concept provided, you may request up to 2 revisions at no additional cost. If, after the revisions, you are still not satisfied, you may request a partial refund (up to 50%) of the total project cost. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the final version of the product.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product or service does not match the description provided on our website.
  • The product has technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • You have contacted us within the specified time frame (7 days for digital products and services).
